Quality Governance & Compliance- Compliance Oversight: Ensure consistent adherence to site quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Auditing: Execute periodic site quality audits in alignment with regional audit plans; analyze findings to identify systemic trends and report insights to leadership.
Process Mentorship & Training- Onboarding & Development: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for newly hired Site Quality Managers (SQMs), providing comprehensive training on GE Vernova tools, software, and standardized processes.
- Field Support: Travel to project sites to mentor teams on quality procedures and provide ongoing guidance regarding non-conformances.
- Change Management: Facilitate the rollout of new quality procedures, quality alerts, and read-across initiatives to ensure site alignment.
Operational Excellence & Risk Mitigation- Proactive Risk Management: Identify potential quality risks early and lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of mitigation strategies.
- Incident Investigation: Lead or support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and the development of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for significant quality escapes.
- DM Adoption: Drive the adoption of Daily Management (DM) tools and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting at the site level.
- Benchmarking: Maintain a regional repository of "Lessons Learned" and share insights across the project portfolio to prevent the recurrence of issues.
Stakeholder Management- Represent the Site Quality organization in customer-facing meetings, audits, and escalations as required.
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Quality, Construction and Commissioning.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- 5+ years of experience in working on site and experience on working with contractual matters related to the DoR of the Project would be valuable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to travel frequently to project sites ~50%.

Additional Information
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $114,100.00 and $190,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
