Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance; Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience is also acceptable.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and AS9100 standards.
• Proficiency in developing negotiation strategies and managing contracts.
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage suppliers and procurement activities for spaceflight systems development.
• Prepare Requests for Proposal/Quote (RFP/RFQ) and perform price analyses.
• Create and manage various contract types, including long-term agreements and cost-type contracts.
• Oversee the full procurement lifecycle from requisition to final invoice resolution.
• Ensure delivery of production materials is on-time, on-budget, and meets technical requirements.
