  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s end markets, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform strategy.

Operational & Portfolio Execution

  • Ensure consistent customer experience and SLA delivery across all global sites.
  • Lead multi‑site operational execution including supply chain establishment, manufacturing transfers, and new product introductions.
  • Own execution of design‑led manufacturing (JDM) programs, from early design engagement through production ramp.
  • Provide oversight for portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment between customer needs, operational capabilities, and profitability targets.

Cross‑Functional & Global Collaboration

  • Partner closely with global Design and Engineering organizations in North America and Asia.
  • Interface regularly with senior operations, supply chain, engineering, and executive leadership to resolve complex business challenges.
  • Lead RFP processes for assigned accounts and support broader enterprise opportunities when required.
