Position Purpose: Through collaboration with the business and IT, leads or co-leads project-based efforts to drive operational efficiency. Following prescriptive methodology, results are achieved through benchmarking, customer journey mapping, process flows and current state gap analysis, strategy mapping, financial optimization, organizational change management, and governance.

- Manages and monitors key performance metrics and implements improvement plans either to the individual or at an aggregate level.
- Handles all direct employee personnel issues and processes, including performance management, appraisal processes, development planning, and career pathing.
- Supervises non-exempt direct reports assigning workload, monitoring quality and associate coaching.
- Collaborates with internal teams and departments to educate them on our department and how best to transfer social service inquiries to our department.
- Trains associates on new and existing processes.
- Facilitates and participates in staff meetings when appropriate.
- Responsible for reviewing, updating, and creating training materials for the associates.
- Ensures all business processes are compliant with state and federal guidelines
- Performs service organization research, data entry and gap assignment/fulfillment.
- Performs other duties as needed.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related field. 4+ years of experience in at least one of the following: process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, external consulting/auditing/risk analysis, customer journey/experience, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture, project management
License/Certification: Organizational Change Management (PROSCI, Six Sigma CAP, Kotter, Bridge’s Rogers Kubler), CEX, CMMI, Six Sigma, PMP preferred
Pay Range: $107,700.00 - $199,300.00 per year
