Dynamix Agitators is looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Business Systems & Project Manager to help drive operational improvement across our business.

This is not a pure IT role and not a pure manufacturing role. It is a practical, hands-on position for someone who can manage people through tasks, priorities, and project structure, while also helping improve the digital systems that support how we work.

The top priority in this role is driving execution through people-assigning ownership, creating follow-through, and ensuring commitments are delivered across teams through disciplined project management. The second priority is business systems analysis, especially in digital workflows and internal process improvement. Experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments would be a major advantage.

What you'll do:

  • Lead cross-functional internal projects from planning through execution.
  • Translate business needs into clear tasks, workflows, timelines, and accountability.
