Full Job Description
JOB PURPOSE

The Business Systems Manager oversees the strategy, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of business systems across Red Apple Services, ABC Mechanical, and Good Hearts Gear. This role partners with leadership to automate workflows, improve reporting, strengthen data integrity, and ensure technology supports long-term growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and administer SafetyCulture, Service Titan, Freshservice, and future enterprise platforms.
  • Lead software implementations, integrations, testing, and change management.
  • Develop SOPs, workflows, documentation, and employee training.
  • Build executive dashboards, KPls, and operational reporting.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, and Executive Leadership to streamline processes.
  • Manage system permissions, vendors, licensing, and platform security.
  • Oversee development and ongoing management of the Red Apple Services website and digital assets.
  • Design and maintain Freshservice service catalogs, automations, forms, and knowledge articles.
  • Champion data governance, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Research and recommend technologies that improve scalability and operational excellence.
  • Follow federal and state laws, as well as established company policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience administering enterprise business systems and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving organizational change.

  • Possible travel required to off-site locations including overnight trips.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Travel within or outside of Florida.
  • Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects.


TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with RAS salary and benefit policy. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by Red Apple Services.

FLSA OVERTIME CATEGORY

Job is exempt from the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

EVALUATION

Performance will be evaluated in accordance with Red Apple Services policy.
