Business Systems AnalystCorporate Headquarters12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll help identify opportunities to enhance processes and reporting solutions to ensure efficient Finance operations. Partner with Uline's Finance teams on key projects and initiatives to ensure we're equipped to make the best business decisions to support our growing company!
Position Responsibilities - Manage and improve technology processes for the department, building efficiencies through automation and smart use of data.
- Investigate, analyze and resolve user issues to support Finance operations.
- Maintain and test various department software systems to ensure correct setup and reliable performance.
- Collaborate with Finance teams to deliver solutions that meet project requirements and business needs.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL, with experience using VBA, Python or other programming languages. Working knowledge of Power BI preferred.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow enhancements.
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environment is an asset.
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
