Business Systems Analyst, Sr. - Onsite Position
Responsible for supporting one of the Business Systems utilized by CWC (BaaN, Oracle, SyteLine, SAP) in accordance with the organization's business plan and industry requirements. The position works independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance related to the business implications of the application.
Location: Santa Clarita, CASalary Range: $ 94,700.00 - 130,000 per year plus bonus.

Your Challenge:
- Works with customers and technical staff in the resolution of software problems and respond to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements. (25%)
- Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future system requirements to meet organizational needs. Evaluates and recommends changes to established methods to achieve departmental / BU objectives. Chairs internal user group discussions. (25%)
- Applies technical knowledge to ensure that the system performs efficiently and that customers are provided with required services. Adheres to processes within the Business System environment to ensure sustainable compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. (25%)
- Provides technical and functional consulting on complex projects and expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and industry requirements. (25%)
What You Bring:
- Professional Certification from appropriate vendor is desirable
- Strong written and oral communications. Working knowledge of specific Business System (BaaN, Oracle, SyteLine, SAP) and module level integration
- Working knowledge of finance and manufacturing operations
- Experience in application development/modification/personalization
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (404 Compliance), segregation of duties requirements
