Collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the organization to understand the business supply chain problems and develop advanced analytical solutions. Use multiple tools and methods including creating and validating Power BI, SQL and test cases. Apply knowledge around supply chain to help improve/support our transport management system and fleet management systems. Develop a brand-new system to support our business partners. Partner with multiple business users across the organization to understand business requirements and develop tools to improve our supply chain systems and TMS. Translate business requirements into system/operational requirements by collaborating with business and technology teams to execute the application successfully. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology team. Develop requirements and user stories (PBIs) to build systems for business partners. Facilitate scrums to teams by ensuring the Agile scrum framework is followed. Coordinate with Product Owner for planning of sprints, maintaining healthy backlog, and facilitating scrums. Maintain Azure DevOps backlog for business requirement development, testing, and reporting. Assist in End-to-End testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Up to 10% domestic travel required.
Job Requirements Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, and 5 years of technology experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, and 3 years of technology experience.
Also, must have experience in:
- SQL writing;
- System mapping and business process mapping;
- Scrum Story creation including development tasks;
- Project Requirement document creation including test scenarios and test scripts; and
- Database integration or API mapping.
