Job Location: Fairfax, Virginia, United States (Onsite/Offsite)
- Collect data and understand patterns, trends and development strategies.
- Provide assessment and improvement of company systems to ensure that a business works in efficient way.
- Provide management on Market Research.
- Perform systems analysis and define requirements and specification on Unified Communications, that includes Voice, Video, 911 and Computer Systems solutions.
- Identify areas of improvement and best practices with users, project team members or senior managers on new technologies and existing software/hardware platforms for organizational needs.
- Write up technical requirements and processes.
- Provide training and support to users and staff.
