In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Required Skill and Experience

. Business & Product Analysis - Strong experience in analyzing complex business processes, system interactions, and data flows.
. Requirements Management - Expertise in writing business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and detailed documentation.
. SQL & Data Analysis - Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation, issue investigation, and data-driven decision making.
. Testing & Quality Assurance - Ability to create test cases, define acceptance criteria, execute SIT/UAT/E2E testing, and manage defects.
. Production Support & Root Cause Analysis - Experience investigating production issues, performing RCA, and supporting releases.
. Agile Methodologies - Strong understanding of Agile practices, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
. Communication & Stakeholder Management - Excellent analytical thinking, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills with business, technical, and vendor teams

Preferred Skill and Experience

. Multifamily Loan Servicing Domain Knowledge - Familiarity with Multifamily/Mortgage Loan Servicing processes and operations.
. Vendor Management Experience - Experience working with technology vendors or third-party service providers on complex implementations.
. Workflow & Collaboration Tools - Experience with Apptio TargetProcess, Jira SaaS, Visio, and similar tools.
Generative AI Tools - Practical experience using Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools for analysis, documentation, and productivity.
. Technical Systems Understanding - Good understanding of application behavior, system integrations, and data flow concepts without requiring coding expertise

Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
