DUTIES: Handle and resolve change requests and production support tickets raised by the key users in SAP FICO, such as New GL, AP, AR, Bank integration, Fixed assets, Month-end closing, Product costing, COPA, Consolidation, Configuration, Integration, and Data reconciliation. Analyze and document the business requirements, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. This involves working with: SAP FI- Finance and CO-Controlling modules, including GL-General Ledger, AP-Accounts Payable, AR-Accounts Receivable, AA-Asset Accounting, Bank, and CO-Controlling CE-Cost Element, CC-Cost center, PC-Profit center, COPA, Product Cost, ML; (2) managing integration of SAP Finance and Controlling modules with other SAP modules such as Material/inventory management (MM), Production Planning (PP), or Bank. Moreover, 6 years of experience stated herein to involve: managing full SAP system lifecycle activities, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support primarily in SAP FI-Finance and CO-Controlling module; collaborating with cross-functional teams and technical resources (ABAP) to implement custom solutions; and supervising day-to-day SAP FICO FI-Finance and CO-Controlling Production support, including incident/Issue, problem, and change request management to ensure system stability and user satisfaction. Further will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. Manage day-to-day issues to maintain smooth operations and user satisfaction, and provide timely and effective solutions to support business and IT users. Handle challenges with limited information and documentation, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction. Hybrid Work Schedule: 4 days in the office with an optional 1 day work from home.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance,and 10 years of experience. Additionally, 7 years of experience stated herein to involve: (1) SAP FI- Finance and CO-Controlling modules including GL-General Ledger, AP-Accounts Payable, AR-Accounts Receivable, AA-Asset Accounting, Bank, and CO-Controlling CE-Cost Element, CC-Cost center, PC-Profit center, COPA, Product Cost, and/or ML; (2) manage integration of SAP Finance and Controlling modules with other SAP modules such as Material/inventory management (MM), Production Planning (PP), or Bank.
