What you'll Do -

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with a team of skilled engineers and interact with business partners. You will plan, direct, and coordinate central initiatives for the Component Operations Supply Chain IT org.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acts as the primary interface between Information Technology and specific business areas, identifying the business's information needs, defining requirements, identifying and evaluating potential solutions, creating project and process specifications, and working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, and timelines and risk.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple initiatives using Agile methodologies.
  • Partner with external vendors and service providers to oversee integrations, deliverables, contract obligations, and overall project quality.
  • Adapt and thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments, utilizing new technologies and decision-making.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems (MIS), Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or Quality Engineering Specialist.
  • Foundational understanding of manufacturing quality processes such as Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Failure Analysis, or 8D problem-solving methodologies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, including Oracle Fusion SCM/ERP, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, Siemens Team Center or standalone Quality Management System (QMS) / Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platforms like MasterControl, TrackWise, or Arena.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in drafting process flowcharts and mockups using tools.
  • Basic SQL skills for querying relational databases and verifying data flows.
  • Experience with issue tracking and agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset with ownership and accountability.
  • Direct experience with Failure Analysis (FA) lab workflows, serialized inventory tracking, or shop-floor line fallout processes.
  • Hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion Quality, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Cloud, or custom portals developed.
  • Familiarity with data integration methods including REST APIs, webhooks, or middleware tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience of creating reports or dashboards or Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and planning tools.
