Role SummaryEnterprise Resiliency Office (ERO) senior leader responsible for driving end-to-end business risk management execution, including RCSA delivery, risk governance, control environment effectiveness, and regulatory readiness. Acts as a strategic partner to business leadership, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and managed in alignment with enterprise standards while advancing a data-driven, technology-enabled risk operating model.
What you will be responsible forKey Responsibilities1. Enterprise Risk Execution & RCSA Delivery- Lead execution of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program across ERO business/function
- Drive timeline adherence, milestone tracking, and issue resolution across stakeholders
- Ensure consistent application of risk taxonomy, applicability, and assessment standards
2. Risk Governance & Control Environment Oversight- Own risk identification, assessment, and control design quality
- Ensure alignment to central, transversal, and business-owned risk frameworks
- Drive clarity of risk ownership and accountability across business units
3. Issue Management & Regulatory Readiness- Oversee issue identification, remediation, and closure lifecycle
- Ensure linkage of issues to controls, risks, and policies
- Support regulatory exams, audit engagement, and committee reporting (e.g., ERRC)
4. Business Partnership & Senior Stakeholder Engagement- Act as a trusted advisor to ERO business leaders
- Influence decision-making on risk acceptance, prioritization, and control strategy
- Partner with 2LOD, Audit, and enterprise risk functions to drive alignment
5. Transformation & Continuous Improvement- Identify opportunities for:
- Standardization
- Automation/AI
- Productivity gains

Salary Range:$110,000 - $181,250 Annual
