1. Strategic Business Partner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.

2. Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business and technology teams.

3. Demand & Portfolio Management
- Capture, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
- Evaluate new business opportunities and requests.

4. Service Performance Management
- Monitor service delivery performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Review service quality and customer satisfaction levels.

5. Business Value Realization
- Define and track business benefits of projects and services.
- Measure ROI and value delivered by IT investments.
- Recommend optimization opportunities to improve efficiency.

6. Project & Change Support
- Collaborate with PMOs, project managers, and delivery teams.
- Support business case development and project prioritization.
- Facilitate organizational change management activities.
- Ensure smooth adoption of new solutions and processes.
7. Risk & Governance Management
- Identify and manage business risks related to services and projects.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Participate in governance boards and steering committees.
- Escalate critical issues and drive risk mitigation plans.
8. Financial & Budget Management
- Assist in budget planning and forecasting.
- Monitor service costs and resource utilization.
- Support chargeback/showback models where applicable.
- Optimize technology investments for maximum business benefit.
