Primary Purpose:

The Business Relationship Management (BRM) Director will serve as the IT partner to one or more of ADUSA's retail and/or support Brands. The BRM will act as a trusted advisor and thought partner and will identify technology needs that are required to support the Brand. The Director is responsible for understanding the Brand business and act as the primary operational point of contact, helping to plan, review, and oversee ongoing operations of Brand critical services and functions. The candidate is expected to demonstrate leadership expertise to establish strategic direction and significant depth of technical, business and financial expertise in business technology solutions, as well as deep understanding of business processes and operations. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail grocery
• Experience working in a product and platform-based IT operating model
• Solid understanding of and demonstrated ability to apply Agile methodologies
• BRM Professional Certifications: Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP), Certified Business Relationship Manger (CBRM), ITIL Certified or ISO/IEC Foundation Certified
• Knowledge of Capability Maturing Model Integration (CMMI) methodologies
