Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Product Owner (BPO) to lead the strategy, design, and optimization of sales tools, processes, and analytics that power our global go-to-market (GTM) organization. This role bridges business needs and technology solutions to improve sales effectiveness, enable data-driven decision-making, and accelerate revenue growth.

The BPO owns informing the product roadmap for GTM systems, drives cross-functional execution, and champions scalable automation and visibility across the funnel. Success in this role means improving lead quality, accelerating sales cycles, and increasing overall GTM performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate current sales tools and capabilities; recommend and implement improvements to increase Salesforce effectiveness across regions.
  • Act as the business owner of GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gong), partnering with technical teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
  • Lead the optimization and administration of the GTM technology stack, driving automation, usability, and global consistency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends on Salesforce and productivity tools to continuously enhance productivity and funnel conversion.
  • Design and implement efficient, end-to-end sales processes from lead through renewal, improving conversion rates and reducing sales cycle time.
  • Establish and manage a robust data, analytics, and governance framework:
  • Define, track, and report on key funnel and sales performance metrics
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visibility across systems
  • Oversee CRM governance, including audits, enhancements, and data standards
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment of processes, data flows, and SLA adherence.
  • Collaborate with global sales leadership to deliver actionable insights, reporting, and tools that enhance decision-making and performance.
  • Drive cross-functional execution through regular business reviews, roadmap communication, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement best practices and emerging technologies to improve GTM productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Product Ownership, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles
  • Deep experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and GTM tools (e.g., Gong, marketing automation platforms)
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering product roadmaps in a GTM or CRM environment
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes (lead-to-close-to-renewal)
  • Experience building and interpreting Salesforce reports and dashboards to drive insights
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

In this position,  you will be eligible to participate in the company’s discretionary incentive bonus program.  This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.  


15% Annual: Individual Target$88,600.00 - $115,200.00 USD
