Summary:
The Business Process Technology SME will be the Reporting team lead.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Analyze, evaluate, and improve business processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning, organizing, and implementing strategic business and technology initiatives.
- Support Agile development teams by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and solution delivery.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to plan and deliver technical solutions independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced Agile Development environment.
- 5+Strong technical skills in the use of data management and visualization software (PowerBI experience strongly preferred). And experience with deploying enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualizations.
- 5+ years’ experience in leading a team, demonstrating the ability to plan, organize, and implement significant strategic initiatives.
- Must have a Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $190,000 to $235,000 annually.
