Job PurposeResponsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing business processes across the organization. Partners with business and functional teams to identify operational improvement opportunities, conduct analysis, implement solutions, and drive measurable business results. Leads process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities to improve operational effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and recommend solutions.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, lead-time reduction, and process optimization.
- Design, implement, and validate process, workflow, and system enhancements that improve business performance.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, reporting tools, and measurement systems to track results and sustain improvements.
- Support business system enhancements, process documentation, testing activities, and solution validation as needed.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of process improvements.
- Monitor implemented solutions and recommend adjustments to ensure long-term effectiveness and sustainability.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Builds strong working relationships across functions to support successful outcomes.
Experience Required- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business operations, continuous improvement, process improvement, project management, analytics, or related disciplines.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives and implementing measurable business results.
- Lean, Six Sigma, WCM, or similar continuous improvement experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Pay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is USD $72,375.00 - $100,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
