The opportunityEY's Procurement practice is growing and seeking to enhance its digital procurement capability with someone who fits our high quality, teaming, and collaborative culture.
As a Procurement Manager, you will support all aspects of client-facing procurement technology projects, which spans many leading solutions in the market (e.g. GEP, Zycus, and Zip). You will be expected to drive project initiatives and lead process design, implementation, problem solving, and project management activities that add value and results for our client base.
The ideal candidate possesses some experience and exposure to leading digital procurement solutions, including AI, and delivery across several industries.
Your key responsibilitiesIn this dynamic role, you will manage multiple processes or projects with a focus on quality and effective risk management. Your expertise will allow you to identify innovation opportunities, enhancing systems through research and analysis. You will lead and guide professional teams, emphasizing performance and results. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading workstream delivery and monitoring project status.
- Engaging in daily client sessions and heading workstream planning, execution, and closure.
- Identifying service opportunities and leading specific RFP responses.
- Overseeing the economic aspects of engagements and managing resource plans and budgets.
- Project Execution
- Manage implementation of procurement solutions throughout the full lifecycle of execution
- Provide thought leadership and benchmarking
- Lead and drive current state activities
- Lead and drive future state end to end process design sessions
- Identify S2P business, technical, and integration requirements to support the implementation of S2P technologies.
- Synthesize disparate data sources into insights and clear deliverables
- Work together with clients to identify and interpret key project requirements
- Develop and enhance relationships with client stakeholders
- Create project plans and manage delivery of client project work
- Coordinate with subject matter experts within and outside of the firm
- Business Development
- Support sales pursuits
- Develop materials and thought leadership for go-to-market conversations

- A bachelor's degree

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
