Full Job Description
Business Performance Analyst II - SWHR Analytics

Work location: Texas Health Resources - 612 E. Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011 or SWHR 1601 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy #200, Farmers Branch, TX 75234 (This role is primarily remote, with occasional on site presence required based on business needs.) *Must live in the Dallas - Fort Worth or be willing to relocate.*

Work hours: Full Time Days (Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm) for 40 hrs/week.

Here's What You Need

Education
• Bachelor's Degree Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field. (Required) And
• Master's Degree Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field. (Preferred)

Experience
• 5 Years With Bachelor's Degree, 5 years related analytical experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Finance, Analytics or a closely related field. (Required) or
• 3 Years With Master's Degree, 3 years related analytical experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Finance, Analytics or a closely related field. (Required)

  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools and experience creating data visualizations (Required)
  • Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or equivalent visualization software experience (Highly Preferred)
  • SQL or non-SQL tools to query, join tables, and create tables (Highly Preferred)
  • Financial modeling, pro formas (Preferred)
  • Experience working with cloud based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift) and Population Health Platforms. (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with REACH, LEAD, MSSP, and other CMS/CMMI value based care models, with the ability to interpret and apply HEDIS quality measure specifications. (Preferred)
  • Experience with value based care analytics and translating results into actionable insights. (Highly Preferred)

What You Will Do
• Extract, manipulate, and join data from multiple sources into a population set for comparative analysis.
• Develop and maintain complex analytical models to determine financial, clinical, and consumer value of a wide-range of business initiatives.
• Responsible for dashboard development process, including creating data definitions, validating data, retrieving data from systems, maintaining technical documentation, and dashboard creation.
• Manage and produce ad hoc reports, recurring reporting needs, and presentations that provide data-based insights for solutions to business questions.
• Give presentations to work groups and leadership on findings using data visualization tools to tell a story through data and examples.
• Develop relationships among partners and customers and manage those relationships to assure effective solutions.
