Work You'll Do

As a Project - Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining clear, timely communication with customers and stakeholders, including status updates, risk/issue flagging, and follow-through
  • Overseeing mission readiness activities, monitoring status, and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements
  • Tracking and reporting compliance with required reporting timelines, formats, and governance expectations
  • Managing communications and correspondence, responding to inquiries professionally and escalating as appropriate
  • Developing, packaging, and disseminating workforce messages aligned with leadership guidance and organizational priorities
  • Partnering with internal entities to meet deadlines and delivering accurate, high-quality responses and products
  • Maintaining, following, and helping improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient, repeatable workflows
  • Supporting adjudication/clear resolution of action items by gathering inputs, aligning stakeholders, and documenting outcomes
  • Coordinating, tracking, and driving closure of action items across multiple organizational components and leadership levels

Qualifications

Required:
  • 5+ years of experience with operations management
  • 2+ years of experience with overseeing mission readiness activities and ensuring ongoing compliance
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
