Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Business Manager supporting the Corporate Services Division. Sr Business Manager will be responsible for the commercial and financial stewardship of routine maintenance, turnaround services and construction contracts within the Services Division. The role ensures contract compliance, supports operational execution, and drives margin improvement through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Incumbent will play a key role in business performance reporting, contract governance, billing oversight, and bid support, contributing directly to the success of project portfolios.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site

  • Administer and manage customer contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintaining accurate contract documentation and summaries.
  • Lead commercial contract execution, including change management, risk mitigation, opportunity identification, and margin enhancement initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage contract financial performance, including revenue, costs, margins, forecasting, variance analysis, and billing accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Project Controls, Supply Chain, HR, Labour Relations, and Commercial teams to support successful project execution.
  • Support project planning and bidding activities, including bill rate development, pricing strategies, cost estimates, risk assessments, and contract alignment with operational plans.
  • Drive business performance and client success by leading performance reviews, maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting audits, and providing performance insights to leadership.


The Right Tools for the Job

  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years' experience in project management or project controls in heavy industrial environments (refinery, chemical plant, power plant or similar.) Experience in maintenance management within industrial facilities is an asset
