Overview:Business & IT Project Manager: Level 3RemoteDescription:
We are looking for a strong Project Manager to help drive execution across several business and technology initiatives.
This individual will be responsible for running status meetings, tracking action items to closure, following up with stakeholders on commitments, and ensuring releases are delivered successfully. More importantly, I need someone who is focused on getting work done, identifying risks early, and driving mitigation plans before issues impact delivery.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong risk identification, management, and mitigation experience
- Ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams
- Experience tracking releases from planning through production deployment
- Strong Jira expertise, including dashboards, reporting, dependency management, and release tracking
- Comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Ability to quickly come up to speed on new business domains and complex initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to escalate issues appropriately and remove blockers
- Experience managing RAID logs, project plans, milestones, and executive status reporting.

- Release management experience, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and successful delivery under pressure.
- Practical experience operating in hybrid delivery environments with a focus on outcomes rather than methodology.
- Focus on project health, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions needed, and action item ownership rather than activity reporting.
- Sound judgment, timely escalation, clear communication of business impact, and recommendations for resolution.
- Understanding that project management is more than reporting. Strong candidates will emphasize accountability, risk management, issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring commitments are completed.
- Ensure the candidate has experience with new app development. How have they helped drive testing and go-live activities?
