Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Business Engagement & Requirements: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to understand processes and KPIs, lead requirements sessions, and translate business needs into clear analytical solutions.
Development & Delivery: Build and maintain Power BI solutions, including intuitive reports and dashboards, wireframes, semantic models, and advanced DAX within Microsoft Fabric.
Problem Solving & Analysis: Break down complex requests, investigate data discrepancies, ensure reporting accuracy, and drive automation and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a BI or analytics role.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and DAX.
Experience with row-level security, column-level filtering, role-based access controls, and data masking/anonymization.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) data architecture, ETL, and data engineering using Python/PySpark.
Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer or Power BI certification.
Familiarity with ERP data.

Salary range: $85,000-$100,000, plus a 10% bonus.
This role is based in the Richmond office 4 days per week.
