Pay Range: $72,000 - $97,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications

This is not a remote position. Work locations can be any of the following:

North Venice, FL

Tacoma, WA

Harrisburg, PA

Successful digital transformation requires team members who are skilled, flexible, and adaptable to new ways of working. The Business Enablement Specialist supports the successful adoption and utilization of new technologies and business processes by coordinating communications, training, project activities, and stakeholder engagement. This role partners with business teams to ensure new digital solutions are effectively implemented, embraced, and sustained across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of business enablement initiatives that improve business processes through technology.
  • Coordinate communication plans that clearly explain project objectives, timelines, impacts, and benefits.
  • Develop, edit, and deliver high-quality written communications including presentations, announcements, training materials, FAQs, user guides, and executive updates.
  • Assist in developing and facilitating training programs that prepare team members for new systems, tools, and business processes.
  • Support change management activities that encourage adoption and minimize disruption.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, document feedback, and communicate project updates.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted resource throughout projects.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased adoption.
  • Track project progress, adoption metrics, and performance indicators, communicating results to project leadership.
  • Assist with testing new technologies and business processes by coordinating user acceptance testing and documenting results.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
  • Demonstrate flexibility while supporting multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, organizational development, or a related field preferred.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in business operations, communications, project coordination, change management, training, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Experience creating training materials, presentations, and business documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
