Project Management Leader, you will play a pivotal role in turning ideas into successful commercial products, working across a dynamic global organization and collaborating with industry-leading customers.
In this highly visible role, you will lead strategic regional but also global projects guiding cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization. You will partner with Business Development, Engineering, Operations, Commercial teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do- Lead and manage complex, high-impact projects across multiple business lines.
- Drive project execution from early-stage innovation through successful market launch.
- Align global and regional stakeholders to achieve business objectives and customer commitments.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Prioritize project portfolios based on strategic value and business impact.
- Provide clear communication and leadership across teams, functions, and regions.
- Champion continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best project management practices.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, industrial, materials, or engineering environments.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving results in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience with commercialization, new product development, or customer-driven innovation projects.
Nice to Have- MBA or equivalent business experience.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
- Experience within adhesives, laminates, converting, automotive, or electrification markets.
- Early-stage innovation and product development experience.
