  • Commercial & Sales Acumen: Proven track record of driving revenue through channels or technology partnerships. Experience managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRMs (like Salesforce) to track partner-led revenue.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong familiarity with cloud architecture, APIs, and how software integrations function. Knowledge of physical security, cloud-based access control, video surveillance (VMS), or AI video analytics is highly preferred.
  • Deal-Closing Mindset: Ability to look at a complex sales opportunity, identify what integration or feature is missing, and creatively pull in the right partner to secure the win.
  • Influence & Communication: Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to command a room, whether pitching to a potential partner's C-suite or aligning internal teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

The compensation for this full time salaried role ranges between $135,000 and $158,000, with total on target earnings between $151,000 and $174,000.
