About the Role

We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of sales activity across the New England region, with a focus on expanding the channel, strengthening enterprise relationships, and driving year-on-year revenue growth.

In this role, you'll manage day-to-day sales activity across your territory while developing and executing strategic plans to grow market presence. You'll build strong relationships with enterprise end users, key influencers, and channel partners, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored security solutions.

This is a role for someone who is well connected in the New England security market, confident managing complex sales cycles, and motivated to deliver consistent commercial outcomes. Ideally, the successful candidate will be based in the Boston area to support effective territory coverage and partner engagement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing day-to-day sales activity across the New England territory


  • Developing and executing territory and account plans to drive growth


  • Identifying, qualifying, and converting new enterprise business opportunities


  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with end users, partners, and key stakeholders


  • Expanding channel networks and strengthening partner engagement


  • Driving revenue growth year-on-year across new and existing accounts


  • Leading complex sales cycles from prospecting through to negotiation and close


  • Partnering with Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists to deliver integrated solutions


  • Preparing and responding to RFIs, RFQs, proposals, and customer presentations


  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy


  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline management


  • Contributing to continuous improvement across sales processes and performance


Who You Are

You are a commercially focused sales professional with strong experience in enterprise environments and a proven ability to build trusted relationships within the security industry.

You bring:

  • At least 5+ years' experience in security industry sales


  • Proven track record in enterprise-level B2B sales and business development


  • Experience managing territory-based sales activity and delivering consistent growth


  • Strong network and reputation within the New England region


  • Experience working with channel partners and expanding sales ecosystems


  • Access control experience (preferred but not essential)


  • Confidence managing complex, solution-based sales cycles from prospecting to close


  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and commercial teams


  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong commercial acumen


  • High levels of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
