Silgan Dispensing Systems is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager grow our Healthcare business throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare applications.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth throughout the assigned territory.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across customer organizations.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities while managing an active sales pipeline.
  • Partner with Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Innovation teams.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by communicating market trends and customer needs.
  • Develop account plans, forecasts, and territory growth strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements that strengthen customer partnerships while protecting profitability.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities and customer engagement.
  • Represent Silgan Dispensing Systems at customer meetings and industry events.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 10+ years of business development, key account management, or direct sales experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, packaging, or related industries.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
  • Experience working remotely from a home office.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
