Business Development Manager - Federal Markets
Location: HQ Haddonfield, NJ (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time

How you'll get to contribute:

This is not your typical sales role. As Business Development Manager for our Federal Markets division, you will be a strategic intelligence gatherer, a relationship builder, and a fearless closer. You'll work alongside seasoned professionals to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and drive growth in support of federal infrastructure and planning initiatives.

What you'll get to do:
  • Lead business development efforts across federal agencies, with a focus on DoD, VA, and other mission-critical clients.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities through market research, client engagement, and strategic networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contracting officers, program managers, and decision-makers within federal agencies.
  • Collaborate with MCFA's technical teams to shape proposals and solutions that align with client needs.
  • Track performance metrics, pipeline development, and win rates-using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent MCFA at industry events, conferences, and federal procurement forums.
