Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of the strategic marketing plan
  • Assist in developing the comprehensive marketing plan for TAPCO
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Provide marketing advice and support aligned with the TAPCO business model
  • Track marketing efforts and report on effectiveness with improvement recommendations
  • Establish market targets and customer best practices for profitability
  • Evaluate operational issues to suggest marketing strategies based on market forecasts
  • Mentor and lead marketing staff to meet or exceed business goals
  • Represent the firm professionally with clients and partners

Full Job Description
Coordinates and executes comprehensive internal and external marketing plans which would assist with current and future business development of the company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Coordinate and execute all aspects of the strategic marketing plan ensuring exceptional results. 2. Assist in the development of the Ethos marketing plan. 3. Perform market research and analysis providing all information as part of the marketing plan development process. 4. Provide marketing advice, counsel and general support for the Ethos business model. 5. Maintain and track record of all marketing efforts reporting the effectiveness making recommendations for improvements when needed. 6. Participates in the establishment of market targets and customers by creating best practices for achieving long-term profitability through risk selection and pricing criteria. 7. Evaluate operation issues and provide marketing plan suggestions based market forecasts. 8. Provide exceptional leadership and mentoring to marketing staff to ensure business goals are met or exceeded. 9. Represent the firm in a professional manner with clients and business partners. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
