Business Development Director Duties & Responsibilites - Drive cross-functional alignmentby facilitating communication, activities, and operational processes across Business Development, Provider Operations, and Clinical Support teams.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by developing strategic relationships with prospective clients and contributing to sustainable revenue growth.
- Partner closely with the CEO to develop and execute business development strategies that align with the organization's overall strategic direction and growth objectives.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationshipsboth internally and externally to advance the organization's mission, values, and business objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership and innovative thinking through effective planning, sound decision-making, and proactive problem-solving to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and optimize business development deployment and operational processes.
- Lead and support initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.
- Develop and coordinate marketing resources and communications that effectively translate the company's messaging and value proposition into the field.
- Strengthen and represent the company's brand by promoting a positive corporate image and serving as a visible ambassador for the organization.
- Develop and empower team members by ensuring employees have access to the resources, guidance, and support needed for professional growth and success.
- Establish and champion high standards for customer satisfaction and service delivery, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment where employees feel valued, supported, engaged, and empowered to contribute to organizational success.

TravelThis position requires frequent in-state travel and periodic out-of-state travel.
Required Education- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or communications, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications- Strong background in Post-Acute and Long-term care settings.
- Effective leadership and team building skills.
Preferred Qualifications- 5+ years of business development experience in a Post-Acute and or Long-term Care setting.
- 5+ years of leadership of a business development team.
