Job Description

In this role, you'll focus on acquiring and deepening client relationships by collaborating across the enterprise to deliver comprehensive solutions in areas such as credit, liquidity, interest rate management, treasury services, and Wealth Management.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Manage, acquire, and deepen a portfolio of new and existing commercial customer relationships within the Business Banking target market of $10MM to $50MM in annual revenue.
  • Lead advisory-driven conversations to assess client needs and aspirations, delivering value-added recommendations that enhance customer satisfaction and drive shareholder value.
  • Partner with Centers of Influence (COIs) and internal stakeholders to uncover and expand new business opportunities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales culture with clear goals focused on loan and deposit growth, fee income, and exceptional customer service.
  • Actively participate in community engagement to grow your network and represent Citizens' values and commitments.


Qualifications
