Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is actively seeking a transactional Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our busy Corporate and M&A practice in our Columbus, Ohio office. Prior experience in M&A and corporate law are required. Experience with tax, commercial lending, or real estate is a plus. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and related documentation used in complex transactions, with experience drafting, negotiating, and managing key aspects of transactional matters. Important attributes include attention to detail, excellent writing and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively with clients.
