Qualifications

• 2-5 years of investment management experience, ideally in compliance or as a business analyst.
• Familiarity with trade order management systems such as LatentZero, Blackrock, or Bloomberg AIM.
• Strong understanding of asset classes including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Proficient in project management and business analysis techniques.
• Experience in creating and executing test plans for projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of compliance regulations, particularly the Investment Company Act of 1940.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and the IMP team on various projects.
• Lead data integration and vendor search initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of trade order management systems.
• Maximize client use of investment management systems to enhance value.
• Develop and manage project timelines and deliverables.
