Role and Responsibilities

Our Federal Government client requires a Business Analyst to Develop, plan, Analyze, Evaluate requirements with team and project authorities.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with external and internal clients to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artefacts as needed: ( Functional requirements, Business requirements document, Use cases, graphical user interface (GUI), screen and interface designs,)
  • Prepare a business analysis and a workflow analysis to assess difficulties in reaching goals and to determine a better strategy,
  • Review and update documentation that may include road map, schedules, project descriptions, system documentation, business/functional requirements, as-is business processes, architecture documents,
  • Manage budgets
  • Maintain a competitive market knowledge


Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on working on large projects in a complex organizations supporting and completion of the following:
  • Business Analysis Approach/Plan including: Business Drivers; Problem Statement; Vision; Scope; Dependencies; and Key Roles and Responsibilities.
  • Gathering and documenting requirements supporting functional reviews.
  • Analyzing and mapping processes within and between new and existing IM/IT applications.
  • Certification of business analysis.
  • Certification of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or hire
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
