Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
- Gather, document, and analyze business and data requirements.
- Assist in translating business needs into functional and data specifications.
- Support gap analysis and requirement validation with stakeholders.
- Participate in requirement workshops, sprint planning, and grooming sessions.
- Data Analysis.
- Write and execute SQL queries to analyze and validate data.
- Perform basic data profiling and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support reporting and dashboards by ensuring data correctness.
- Assist in data reconciliation and issue identification.
Project Management Support:
- Support the Data PM in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
- Help coordinate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Data Engineering).
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and action trackers.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when needed.
Data Testing Support:
- Assist in test case preparation and execution for data validation.
- Validate ETL processes and data pipelines under supervision.
- Help identify and document data defects and inconsistencies.
- Support root cause analysis for data issues.
Salary Range - $90,000-$100,000 a year
