Job Description: Perform the functional analysis, define project scope, end deliverables and project plan for medium to complex digital transformation programs in Insurance and Fintech domains. Gather and document business and functional requirements (Elicit, define & refine) for enterprise platforms such as Guidewire PolicyCenter, Salesforce, and CGI Collections360. Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and architects to define data models, business rules, underwriting flows, and integration designs. Develop BRDs, FSDs, user stories, data mappings, and maturity assessments for regulatory, risk, and operational improvement. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI planning, backlog refinement, and user demos under the SAFe framework. Use tools such as Collibra, Tableau, Jira, and AWS-native services to improve data quality, platform governance, and end-to-end delivery.
Field of study: Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science or Information Systems or Electronics Engineering.
