Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in applications support or relevant banking experience, based on level.
• Business Analyst certification from a recognized organization (e.g. IIBA) is required.
• Knowledge of SDLC and mainframe or client server applications is essential.
• Experience or coursework in finance is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining computerized systems and business processes.
• Review and improve business and application processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Create test plans and conduct testing for software changes or new releases.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and establish relationships.

• Plan, organize and budget project activities effectively.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ensure outstanding follow-through on tasks.
