Position Description:

CGI Federal is currently seeking an experienced Logistics Business Analyst to support lifecycle maintenance, sustainment, and operational efficiency of critical systems.

The Business Analyst will liaise with government representatives and monitor all technical and operational aspects of this federal program.

This position is located in one of CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA, Lebanon, VA, Lafayette, LA or Knoxville, TN; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Act as an expert in specific business processes, responsible for formulating system scope and objectives aligned with the organizational business plan.
• Serve as a member of project teams, providing guidance regarding the business implications of processes, policies/procedures, and tool usage.
• Collaborate effectively with organizational stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other key professionals.
• Coordinate with the CGI project team to ensure timely submission of project deliverables.
• Actively contribute to and confidently support business requirements definition, process optimization, requirements traceability, and testing.
• Facilitate discovery and analysis sessions to elicit business requirements and define as-is and to-be process workflows.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Due to government contract and clearance requirements, U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a CGI background check are required prior to beginning work.
• Active CBP BI or the ability to obtain the required agency clearance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in logistics applications or relevant experience in lifecycle management, maintenance, or sustainment of government systems.
• 3+ years of business process and workflow experience with a diverse set of clients.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating requirements discovery sessions and defining as-is and to-be workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to identify root causes, process gaps, and opportunities for automation, controls, or simplification.
• Knowledge of intelligent automation capabilities (RPA, OCR/IDP, AI classification, workflow engines).
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Experience developing test cases for automated or enhanced processes and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Proven experience participating in large-scale federal programs and multidisciplinary teams.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $172,400.00.
