Position Title:Business Analyst II
Job Description:Business Analyst IILocation: This role requires associates to be in-office
1 day, per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

The
Business Analyst II will be responsible for translating basic business needs into application software requirements.
How you will make an impact:- Analyzes business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
- Determines specific business application software requirements to address specific business needs.
- Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
- Acts as liaison with users of the software to address questions/issues.
- Assists in maintaining operational reports and documentation.
- Applies tools and processes consistently across assigned tasks.
- Collaborates with team members to support quality and operational goals.
- Develops skills in analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement processes.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:- Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
- Experience with SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, and aggregations for data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI (PBI), including dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling.
- Strong background in reporting and analytics, with the ability to build operational and executive-level reports.
- Solid understanding of relational database concepts.
- Proven ability to bridge business stakeholders and analytics/reporting teams, translating requirements into actionable insights.
