The Business Analyst I supports senior analysts and assist in documenting work procedures and business requirements and performs research. They are a liaison between business system users and Information Technology support. They gather and analyze data, help support continual improvement, streamline processes, and support business information systems. This includes assisting in gathering requirements, testing, reporting, and basic system problem solving and configuration. They also assist in developing and performing training, participate in customer implementations/change management, and provide post-implementation support.
Minimum QualificationsMinimum Education and Experience- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
OR- Four (4) years of experience working in a related business function.
Minimum Required License(s) and/or Certification(s):- Valid Washington State Driver's License may be required with a good driving record.
