As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as the connection between business objectives and technical delivery, helping clients maximize the value of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. You'll lead discovery workshops, gather and refine requirements, facilitate stakeholder alignment, support user acceptance testing, and help organizations successfully adopt new capabilities.

What You'll Do

Lead Discovery & Requirements Gathering
  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to understand business priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Analyze current processes, customer journeys, data flows, and technology ecosystems.
  • Document business, functional, technical, and non-functional requirements.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish clear success metrics aligned to business outcomes.

Translate Business Needs into Actionable Solutions
  • Create detailed user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Partner with architects, strategists, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are clear and feasible.
  • Prioritize requirements and manage competing stakeholder needs.
  • Maintain end-to-end traceability from business goals through delivery and testing.

Drive Stakeholder Alignment
  • Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate discussions, negotiate priorities, and help drive consensus.
  • Present recommendations, findings, and solution approaches to diverse audiences.
  • Support organizational readiness and adoption efforts.

Own User Acceptance Testing & Quality Validation
  • Develop UAT plans, scripts, and test scenarios.
  • Coordinate testing activities across teams and stakeholders.
  • Document results, manage issue resolution, and support sign-off processes.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet requirements and business objectives.

Support Value Realization
  • Help clients define KPIs and success measures.
  • Monitor adoption and business outcomes post-launch.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and recommend future roadmap priorities.
  • Ensure solutions continue delivering measurable value after implementation.

What You'll Bring

Required Experience
  • 4+ years of Business Analysis experience, including client-facing consulting, services, or digital transformation environments.
  • Experience leading requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops across complex technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to create user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience supporting or leading User Acceptance Testing.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including:
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
    • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
    • Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
    • Real-Time CDP
  • Understanding of customer journeys, personalization, CRM, marketing technology, and digital experience platforms.
  • Familiarity with data concepts such as customer profiles, identity resolution, segmentation, events, and analytics.
  • Experience in agile delivery environments.
  • Exposure to regulated industries and complex governance requirements.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

The annual salary range for this position is $99,500 - $120,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
