OverviewNakupuna Consulting is seeking aBusinessAnalystIIIwill support in writing Epics and Features as part ofonof our Agile Software Delivery Teams.Frequent, opencommunication with both the Program Manager and the Army client will be an essential aspect of the role, and the Business Analyst will employ excellent writing skills acrossimportantreports andparticipatein meetings.While the Business Analyst IIIwill be proficient in solving the most complex problems without extensiveassistancefrom other staff-members, collaboration with thenumerousAgile Teamsand other parts of the programwill be a common aspect of the position.

- SupportUser Storywriting and management of ART Backlog
- Collecting data from agile teams, creating,maintaining, and delivering project metrics and data inputs to CDRLs.
- Responsible for supporting agile data collection, administering agile project tools, and compiling reports.
- Provides project coordination and analysis for managers.
- Performswork with a high degree of latitude.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate a group.
- May act as lead or first-level supervisor.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:Bachelor27s degree with 6-8 years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred.
Skills/Qualifications:Certifications inSAFefor Teams orSAFeProduct Owner/Product Managerpreferred.
Clearance Requirements:This position requires a current Secret clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Work Location:Work location will be in the D.C., Maryland, Virginia region.

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $145,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
