Business Analyst 4 (Change Mgmt) - Remote

Role and Responsibilities

There is a need for a full-time Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst to support FAS DDI deliverables processing/tracking. Be able to process new requests and deliverables for the MES System, design docs that come thru in a timely manner, etc.; all deliverables must be processed, logged in and pushed to SMEs & to PMs for next steps.

  • Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) Project(s) within the Change Management Office. Support processing of MES O&M requests/deliverables.
  • There are literally hundred's of deliverables and this resource must know common IT verbiage such as design docs, test plans, and work plans. This is NOT an Admin role!
  • Be able to process new requests for deliverables, design docs that come thru in a timely manner; these deliverables must be processed, logged in and pushed to SMEs & to PMs for next steps.
  • Work directly with Vendors (that provide the modules/products) that make up Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
  • Along with DDI deliverables they will be responsible for processing MES O&M requests/deliverables.
  • Must be professional with strong analytical and people management skills.
  • Collaborate with Project Team members, management, SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment with key cross functional project request/deliverable activities.
  • Align with the Project Management Office the change management work streams and related activities.
  • Work closely with program/project management to ensure smooth transition and awareness of release prior to deployment.
  • Complete change management requirements/tasks.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Develops strong, credible relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Serve as key central IT point of contact with Change Management team.
  • Ensure project deliverable documents are stored and maintained in project folders. Act as the program librarian to ensure that all program/project documentation is filed and versioned correctly.
  • Serve as a key resource for project reporting and coordination.
  • Participate in all stages of the Project(s) Systems Development Life cycle.

Minimum Qualification
  • Considerable work-related experience in an IT environment.
  • Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control.
  • Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience with data entry and work order processing.
  • Experience with tracking and reporting; controlling processes; and managing workflow.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills with internal and external customers.

Preferred Qualification
  • Exp in healthcare is a big plus
