Business Analyst 4 (Change Mgmt) - Remote
Role and Responsibilities There is a need for a full-time Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst to support FAS DDI deliverables processing/tracking. Be able to process new requests and deliverables for the MES System, design docs that come thru in a timely manner, etc.; all deliverables must be processed, logged in and pushed to SMEs & to PMs for next steps.
- Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) Project(s) within the Change Management Office. Support processing of MES O&M requests/deliverables.
- There are literally hundred's of deliverables and this resource must know common IT verbiage such as design docs, test plans, and work plans. This is NOT an Admin role!
- Be able to process new requests for deliverables, design docs that come thru in a timely manner; these deliverables must be processed, logged in and pushed to SMEs & to PMs for next steps.
- Work directly with Vendors (that provide the modules/products) that make up Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
- Along with DDI deliverables they will be responsible for processing MES O&M requests/deliverables.
- Must be professional with strong analytical and people management skills.
- Collaborate with Project Team members, management, SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment with key cross functional project request/deliverable activities.
- Align with the Project Management Office the change management work streams and related activities.
- Work closely with program/project management to ensure smooth transition and awareness of release prior to deployment.
- Complete change management requirements/tasks.
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Develops strong, credible relationships with all stakeholders.
- Serve as key central IT point of contact with Change Management team.
- Ensure project deliverable documents are stored and maintained in project folders. Act as the program librarian to ensure that all program/project documentation is filed and versioned correctly.
- Serve as a key resource for project reporting and coordination.
- Participate in all stages of the Project(s) Systems Development Life cycle.
Minimum Qualification- Considerable work-related experience in an IT environment.
- Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control.
- Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle.
- Experience with data entry and work order processing.
- Experience with tracking and reporting; controlling processes; and managing workflow.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills with internal and external customers.
Preferred Qualification- Exp in healthcare is a big plus
