JOB DESCRIPTION

Help strengthen operational resiliency for critical lending services by connecting people, process, and data to improve readiness and outcomes.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment that values clarity, accountability, and measurable risk reduction, this role is for you.

As a Business Analysis Associate II – Governance and Resiliency within Service and Card Lending Operations, you will lead the end-to-end execution of operational resiliency activities to help ensure critical processes remain resilient and compliant with enterprise standards.  You will serve as a primary liaison across Operations, Business Resiliency, Crisis Management, Control Management, Technology, and business leaders to coordinate governance, planning, and readiness activities. You will oversee resiliency planning cycles, testing execution, incident readiness, regulatory deliverables, and executive reporting. You will also support the resiliency framework through the Enterprise Resiliency Management & Analytics application as the system of record for resiliency data and evidence.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage Business Resiliency Plans, essential service documentation, planning units, and resiliency inventories for assigned lending operations areas.
  • Coordinate annual resiliency reviews, walkthroughs, plan renewals, and governance routines across stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise operational resiliency policies, standards, and regulatory expectations, escalating gaps and risks when identified.
  • Maintain resiliency data, artifacts, and evidence within the Enterprise Resiliency Management & Analytics application, including testing results and tracked items.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to validate data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and auditability of resiliency documentation and reporting
  • Track findings, observations, exceptions, and remediation actions, including owners, target dates, supporting evidence, and status updates
  • Produce executive reporting, metrics, dashboards, and presentations for leadership forums and operating reviews.
  • Plan and execute resiliency testing exercises, simulations, and recovery validation activities, documenting outcomes and improvement actions.
  • Facilitate business continuity planning updates to keep recovery strategies current, executable, and aligned to operational dependencies.
  • Support incident management and crisis response by coordinating communications, action tracking, and progress updates through return-to-business-as-usual.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess impacts, dependencies, and resource requirements during disruptions and readiness activities.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience in business resiliency, business continuity, risk management, program management, operations, audit, controls, or regulatory governance. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deliverables across a large organization with competing deadlines
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to perform root cause analysis and document sustainable corrective actions.
  • Experience preparing executive-ready presentations, written summaries, and management reporting with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including creating structured status reporting and presentation materials.\Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at multiple levels of seniority.
  • Proven ability to organize, maintain, and produce audit-ready documentation and evidence in support of governance and testing activities.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively during time-sensitive incidents, escalations, and disruption response activities.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to deliver governance routines (for example, annual reviews, walkthroughs, or test cycles).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience using the Enterprise Resiliency Management & Analytics application or similar governance, risk, and compliance tooling.
  • Knowledge of operational resiliency, business continuity planning, crisis management, and regulatory risk frameworks.
  • Experience supporting audits, regulatory examinations, issues management, or control testing and remediation activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience developing metrics, dashboards, and standardized reporting for recurring leadership forums.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated financial services environment.
  • Preferred experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business.
