In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting a diverse portfolio of projects across diverse areas such as claims, finance, data governance, and other enterprise business priorities. You will partner with leaders across the organization to understand business objectives, facilitate discovery sessions, define project scope, document requirements, identify current-state gaps, and translate business needs into actionable requirements. Working with multiple projects simultaneously, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders, managers, and executives to drive project intake, analysis, approvals, and successful project planning through the project lifecycle.

You will be a strong candidate for this role if you have a healthcare industry background, experience eliciting and documenting business requirements, the ability to facilitate effective requirements gathering sessions, and a demonstrated ability to connect business needs with technology solutions. Experience with Azure DevOps, working in technical environments and a general understanding of application and system integrations will help you quickly contribute to a broad range of enterprise initiatives.

Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 1 year - Leading requirements development efforts required
- 1 year - Extensive systems analysis, design and project management experience required.
- 3 years - Experience in Information Technology and systems analysis.
Skills\Certifications
- Knowledge of information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology, and standards to actively conduct and/or engage in hardware and software related discussions relative to all assigned projects.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and translate technical and/or or complex concepts into information meaningful to project team members and/or business personnel.
