Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise building inspectors and oversee all inspection programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the sales team.
• Conduct on-site visits for complex or escalated projects when necessary.
• Administer and enforce building codes and safety standards on multiple governmental levels.
• Oversee the entire process of issuing building permits and inspection reports.
• Provide in-depth code interpretations to architects, engineers, and property owners.
• Coordinate with various departments for effective code enforcement and compliance.
