What You'll Do- Generate new business and grow market share
- Build relationships with homeowners, realtors, and community partners
- Lead sales efforts and exceed performance goals
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and construction teams
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through home completion
What We're Looking For- Proven success in sales, business development, or marketing

- Real estate, homebuilding, or construction experience is a must
Earnings Expectations- First Year - $80,000 - $105,000
- Second Year - $120,000 - $150,000

Requirements
Basic Qualifications- Bachelors Degree
- 2-3 years business development, sales and/or marketing
